Bridge of Promise Programs Currently Offered:

Bridge of Promise day program is for adults with developmental and physical disabilities, twenty-one and older who have transitioned out of high school. We provide social, life skills, and recreational opportunities with hands-on and community-based activities. We currently have two locations and each location has a thoughtfully, created calendar by the program manager for each month, loaded with activities, field trips and so much more! Our compassionate staff are professional and trained to provide personal and behavioral care as needed.
