Bridging the Gap

Resources virtually disappear when a person with developmental disabilities ages out of the school system. Families face the daunting task of filling their loved one’s schedule with purposeful activity.

We’re here to help. Our members come to our programs to connect with peers and engage in meaningful recreation–while giving their caregivers a much-deserved break.
