Bridge of Promise bills on a monthly basis. Both respite funds and private pay are accepted. We accept payment via Venmo (@bridgeofpromise.org), PayPal, credit card, or check.

Please contact your member’s program manager to discuss new care needs. They will work with you to create a plan that work for your member.
How should I schedule Access drop-offs and pick-ups?
Access is familiar with our locations. Please schedule drop-offs and pick-ups the way you would any ride and provider Access with our address.
What is your illness policy?
We ask that members with an active illness stay home until symptoms improve. Members must be fever-free without the use of fever-reducing medications for 24 hours before returning to program. A member with vomiting or diarrhea should be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning to program.
How does billing work and how do I pay?
To keep our program accessible to all, our rates are aligned with current DDA Respite rates ($21.80 per hour). Families are welcome to use DDA Respite hours or pay privately. For families using DDA Respite hours, each program day provides six service hours. Our staff works with families during our intake process to determine the best option for them.
