Cliff Hanks, Secretary

Cliff Hanks has lived in Carnation, Washington since 1988. He has served on the Riverview Technology Committee since 1998. He has also served on the Novelty Hill Citizen Advisory Group and the Riverview Schools Committee. Both Cliff and his wife PJ started their association with Bridge of Promise in 2006. Cliff currently serves as the Secretary of the Board and enjoys working with the staff and volunteers who have such a passion to help improve the lives of people with developmental disabilities.

SALLY COOMER, Founder

Sally Coomer is the founder of Bridge of Promise and has a strong passion for improving the lives of people with disabilities. She is the mother of 7 children and has an adult daughter who lives with developmental and physical disabilities. Sally has worked in the field of disability for over 12 years as a Washington State contracted provider of services and she is a committed advocate both in her own community and at the Legislative level.
